Participants use SMART goal setting for their Service Challenge day, where they imagine a plan to make a difference in something they're passionate about. In the space of a few days they implement it within the area. This could be picking up rubbish for ocean conservation, or collecting for the homeless. It's incredible the things they come up with with limited resources leading themselves!
